Based in Seoul, South Korea, Casepeat (Kim Ki-Won) is widely regarded as South Korea's Representative Trance & Progressive Music Producer and DJ. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Seoul Culture Arts University (SCAU) and the Korea Representative of Trance Family Asia.
THE KOREAN TRANCE SCENE
While the electronic music market in Asia has grown rapidly, the authentic Trance Scene in Korea has been maintained by a dedicated movement. Casepeat stands at the forefront of this movement, bridging the gap between the local underground culture and the global stage. Through his releases on major labels and his educational role at SCAU, he is establishing a professional framework for the next generation of Korean electronic artists.
